FOLDS OF HONOR
After a two-year hiatus due to course renovation and Covid, TPC Treviso Bay was honored to return their 3rd Annual Folds of Honor Classic to the club schedule. After raising just over $60K in the first two events, both of which awarded TPC Treviso Bay with the designation of Top 100 Performer for Folds of Honor, we are pleased to report that the club set another record this year with funds of over $50K raised! TPC Treviso Bay expects to maintain their top event status in the country for Folds of Honor. The funds raised in this event will equate to roughly 10 scholarships for the Folds of Honor for this coming Fall in 2022, in which the Foundation expects to award over $35 million in scholarships for spouses and children of fallen or disabled veterans who protect our Freedoms. The Folds of Honor is in the top 1% of charities in the country for percentage of funds raised that go to the recipient. In 2021-22, Florida was the 4th largest recipient state for Folds with 395 scholarships valued at $1.9 million dollars. To date, Folds of Honor Foundation has awarded over 35,000 scholarships valued at approximately 160 million dollars.
